天尧根据美国 Dodd-Frank 法第 1502 条冲突矿物法令，履行企业社会责任，坚决不使用冲突地区生产的冲突矿物。 另外，最近矿物管理在国际上也称为热门话题，对管理标准提出了更高的要求。 鉴于此，本公司特此公告本公司使用冲突矿物的政策：
1、青岛天尧实业有限公司旗下工厂青岛天尧化工有限公司及青岛天尧新材料有限公司，严禁使用未经认证的冲突地区生产的矿物。
※ 冲突矿物(3TG): Tantalum(钽), Tin(锡), Tungsten(钨), Gold(金)。
※ 冲突地区: 美国Dodd-Frank法 10个非洲国法规冲突地区(刚果民主共和国,刚果,卢旺达,布隆迪,安哥拉,乌干达,坦桑尼亚,赞比亚,苏丹,中非共和国等)。
2、使用未经认证的冲突矿物时采取的措施。
合作公司被发现使用未经CFSP认证的冲突矿物时，应立即停止使用，变更相应冲突矿物的购买处或重新取得CFSP的认证，并应当立即将处理结果通报给本公司。
